The number of unemployed increases however not as much for two reasons: all will be not included in category 1 (immediately available) some will be in training and the Council General, pilot local of the RSA, may guide the person either to the public service of employment (ANPE-Assedic), or to a private operator.

In the latter case, the recipient of the RSA will be not recorded in monthly unemployment figures.
